The congregation of this Grade II listed Baptist chapel decided to move to a new purpose-built complex, and wished to dispose of their old building. We worked closely with MRDA Architects to assess the potential options for reuse, advising the Client how to achieve maximum value while conserving the significance of the listed building as required by national and local authority policies.
